This goal is morally imperative and critical for the success and well-being of students and communities. Building a Diverse and Inclusive Workplace Culture

Creating a welcoming and inclusive work environment is foundational to attracting and retaining diverse educators. This means fostering a culture where diversity is not just tolerated but celebrated. Research has shown that educators who feel valued and respected are likelier to remain in their positions. Schools can start by conducting regular diversity and inclusion training sessions and workshops.
